About these calculators
All maths is done in your browser. We don't send your dates anywhere. Calculations use the proleptic Gregorian calendar, which means they extend the modern leap-year rules backwards through history — useful for arithmetic, but be aware that countries adopted the Gregorian calendar at different times, so historical dates before 1582 (or much later in some countries) may not match contemporaneous records.
